The role emphasizes authentic relationships, outstanding service, and collaboration with club staff to support onboarding and ongoing member engagement in a dynamic fitness community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to build genuine, trust-based relationships with members.
• Strong interpersonal and service orientation.
• Willingness to travel for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect guests with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive guest and member experience to inspire right next steps in fitness goals.
• Support an onboarding experience that connects new members to fitness offerings and community.
