Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a member-focused team member to welcome new members and guide them through the initial steps of their fitness journey. You will build trust, listen to goals, and tailor recommendations that support ongoing progress within our welcoming community.

In this role, you will help deliver a warm, informed guest experience, assist with onboarding, and contribute to a positive gym atmosphere while promoting memberships and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect guests with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by providing a welcoming, informative and inclusive visit.
• Support onboarding for new members and greet them as they arrive, ensuring a smooth start to their fitness journey.
