Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver member services, process purchases, and support self-checkout and payment processes. You will keep the checkout area organized, assist with returns and exchanges, and help customers locate products while upholding safety standards.

In this role you will assist with training frontline staff, support ongoing program rollouts, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience for members in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Familiar with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases.
• Maintain the checkout area and process payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and assist with self-service technology.
