Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Experience with mobile retail applications
• Ability to provide member service and resolve issues

• Maintain checkout area and resolve member issues per policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and support self-service technology.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the workspace.
