Job summary

Minnesota League of Credit Unions seeks a Member Connections Specialist to act as a liaison with members via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, process simple banking transactions, and educate members on credit union products to support financial success.

Responsibilities include handling high call/chat volumes, researching issues, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional member satisfaction and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a customer support or call center environment.
• Proven superior customer service with ability to cross-sell.
• Strong phone/verbal communication and active listening.
• Good written/chat communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound/outbound calls and chats promptly and professionally.
• Identify member needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Build sustainable relationships with members and coworkers.
