You will identify financial needs and recommend suitable products and services to support members' financial well-being.

You will process transactions accurately, maintain compliance, and contribute to community outreach, education, and member engagement while upholding the credit union's values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in customer service or sales; financial institution preferred.
• Experience handling cash accurately and efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain financial products clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable interacting with members and the public in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in resolving member concerns with empathy and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Educate members and recommend solutions that support their financial goals and overall well-being.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals through active engagement and relationship-building.
• Provide personalized guidance, financial education, and access to resources and solutions.
• Represent the credit union professionally within the community through outreach and events.
