Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of MSR or related experience with knowledge of credit union accounts.
• High energy and sales ability with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Proficiency with computer applications and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to service standards while serving members with a positive, professional attitude.
• Builds member relationships and uncovers opportunities for additional products and services.
• Performs cash handling and balances cash drawer daily.
• Makes weekly outbound sales calls and supports team goals.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows all regulations and policies.
