Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of similar or MSR experience or 12 months in an MSR role with knowledge of all credit union accounts and products.
• High energy and sales ability with strong interpersonal skills to represent the credit union professionally.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work, manage time to meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database tools.
• Proven relationship-building skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Credit Union Service Standards in carrying out GreenState's mission and vision.
• Demonstrates a positive member service focus with greeting, using member name, and thanking them for their business.
• Builds member relationships by identifying financial needs and matching GreenState products or referring to specialists.
• Profile each member to uncover opportunities for additional business.
• Structure loan applications and coordinate with underwriters within policy regulations.
• Perform MSR duties including cash handling, balancing, and drawer audits.
• Conduct weekly outbound sales calls to members.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and accounts.
