Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver exceptional member experiences across phone, email, and web channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and transactions while upholding confidentiality and accuracy, aiming to exceed service standards.

The role emphasizes conversations that matter, solution-based interactions, and collaboration with internal teams to meet cross-sell goals and provide trusted financial guidance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel), remote signing and ability to work and operate a webcam.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
• Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Recommend other products and services such as ancillary products from conversations with members.
• Open new member accounts and manage deposits/withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of member information.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Represent the Credit Union positively and professionally.
