Right at Home Northern Virginia is seeking a Member Services Representative in Columbia, SC, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests. This role includes greeting members, promoting the Judgement Free Zone®, and resolving inquiries while ensuring a positive fitness experience.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for health, customer service experience, and the ability to handle responsibilities with integrity and empathy.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone® by assisting members.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to a Manager as needed.
