Job summary

You will outreach to leads, serve as primary contact, coordinate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams, and document interactions to maintain smooth member experiences.

• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to build trust.
• Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to leads via email, text, and phone to drive engagement and conversion.
• Serve as a primary contact for members, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
• Answer member questions and guide them through membership, services and resources.
• Coordinate with internal and partner teams via Microsoft Teams to resolve member needs.
• Identify and address member issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues while owning the member experience.
• Support a seamless, high-touch member journey from initial contact through ongoing engagement.
