Qualifications

• Ability to operate POS system.
• Strong customer service & interpersonal skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model and relate product value to fitness needs.
• Tour guests, describe facilities and enroll members.
• Generate leads through community outreach and referrals.
• On-board new members and support retention to drive profitability.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
