Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Sales experience required; proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; NV P&C license a plus.
• Drive for results; effective communication; teamwork and adaptability.
