AAA Mountain West Group is seeking an energetic Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and drive product sales at the Blue Diamond Branch. You will engage Members, develop rapport, and present relevant solutions while meeting individual targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers.
• Drive for Results: Focuses on desired end results; delivers on time.
• Communicate Effectively: Clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Teamwork: Build quality relationships with peers and partners.
• Must demonstrate adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations.
• Current & valid Driver’s License; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required.

Responsabilidades

• In-person customer interactions and product sales; knowledge of AAA products; follow SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Promote AAA products to Members to meet individual/branch goals and tailor solutions to branch needs.
