Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate for our Summerlin Branch in Las Vegas, on-site. You will deliver outstanding service and drive product sales to Members across multiple branch locations.

The role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and the ability to meet individual sales goals while maintaining high service standards. This on-site position requires flexibility to travel between branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Experience in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers is valued.
• Drive for results and meeting deliverables on time.
• Clear communication that engages audiences and conveys information.
• Teamwork and collaboration with peers and partners.
• Adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover multiple locations.
• Current and valid driver's license; licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle Member Services and product sales with knowledge of AAA products.
• Meet individual sales goals using consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close sales.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve branch goals.
• Understand Member needs and adapt solutions to branch environments.
• Learn multiple product lines and systems to provide seamless service.
