Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Redlands, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding membership and service experience. You will drive member acquisition and retention by selling memberships, fitness and retail products, and by onboarding new members with strong relationship-building.

The role emphasizes lead generation, appointment setting, and promotion of local and global campaigns while achieving individual and team sales goals in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of the Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services will satisfy fitness needs.
• Tours potential members through the club and describes facilities and services that match goals.
• Enrolls members using company sales techniques and ensures MAP procedures are followed.
• On-boards new members and assists with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Generates leads and sets appointments for new business opportunities.
• Maintains a friendly, clean, and welcoming member experience while meeting sales goals.
