Job summary
24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience and drive membership growth at our Folsom, CA club. You will guide prospects through membership, fitness, and retail offerings, enroll new members, and support retention initiatives to maximize club profitability.
The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and achievement of sales targets through a structured process and company tools.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.
- Experience in fitness or retail sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute the CARE sales model to demonstrate how products meet fitness needs.
- Tour facilities and explain services tied to guests' goals; enroll members per MAP.
- On-board new members and assist with retention to drive club profitability.
- Generate leads via community outreach, referrals, and guest passes; set appointments for opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Manager to deliver a best‑in‑class member experience.
