Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Hermosa Beach is seeking a full-time Guest/Member Experience Associate to warmly welcome members and guide them on starting their fitness journey. You’ll listen to goals, assess needs, and offer personalized options to help members feel supported and motivated.

You will build trust with guests, maintain a clean facility, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive environment that drives membership growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and a desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales/service experience to all visitors.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connecting them to fitness offerings.
