BJ’s Wholesale Club in Seabrook, NH is hiring for a Member Services / Sales role. You’ll engage with members, promote subscriptions, handle returns, exchanges and pickups, and deliver exceptional service. This position supports executing acquisition, renewal, and cross-selling of BJ’s loyalty programs to meet goals.

Formación

• Prior front line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer proficiency (POS systems, terminals).

Responsabilidades

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition for membership acquisition and retention.
• Converts potential members by pitching membership programs per policy.
• Sells membership products with energy and determination.
• Delivers customer service as first point of contact for questions, returns, exchanges, and pickups.
• Assists with BOPIC orders and maintains club policies and procedures.
