Job summary

American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking a Member Experience Associate in California to deliver outstanding member service while driving product sales. You will rotate across branches, applying consultative sales techniques, and maintain strong knowledge of AAA products and services.

You will meet individual sales goals, adapt to varied environments, and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to multiple branches.
• Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fundamental Member Services and product sales with strong customer focus.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve personal and branch targets.
• Understand Member needs and tailor solutions; adapt to different branch environments.
• Travel between branches as required by business needs.
