BJ’s Wholesale Club in Manor Township, PA is seeking an energetic front-line team member to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member service. You’ll promote all BJ’s membership programs, process purchases, returns, and pick-ups, and help members navigate our weekly promotions.

Competenze

Previous front line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
Results driven with proven success in meeting goals.
Basic math skills preferred.
Computer proficiency preferred.

Mansioni

Promotes the BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs.
Sells BJ’s membership products to potential new and existing members with high energy and determination.
Drives toward goal achievement, defined by business benchmarks and results.
Delivers superior customer service to Members by serving as a first line point-of-contact.
Resolves Member concerns in a courteous and timely manner; escalates as needed.
Assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders for members.
Maintains club policies and procedures.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
