Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phone calls politely to assist with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and update member accounts.
• Escalate member services issues to Club Manager or supervisor as needed.
• Help maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
