ComForCare Home Care (Raleigh, NC) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and guide tours, ensuring a positive first impression. You will manage front desk duties, process sign-ups and cancellations, and coordinate with the Club Manager on member needs.

The role demands strong communication, a friendly attitude, and basic computer skills to update member accounts and schedule tours. Flexible full/part-time hours are available.

Formación

• Honesty and strong work ethic are required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls and assist with questions.
• Take information calls and tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Support member services and forward issues to the Club Manager or supervisor.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
