Job summary
Orangetheory Fitness White Lake is seeking outgoing Fitness Ambassadors to elevate member experience and grow the studio community. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, blending exceptional customer service, membership sales, and community building in a high-energy team setting.

- Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail transactions.
- Conduct studio tours and explain workout and membership options.
- Maintain accurate records using sales/CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and members via calls, emails, and in person.
- Keep front desk and studio clean and welcoming.
- Support marketing initiatives and community events.
- Collaborate with coaches and leadership for smooth operations.
