Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Member Ambassador to support front of house operations and drive daily sales through memberships, packages, renewals, and retail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily sales and membership goals.

• Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Conducts follow-up calls and client care communications.
• Onboards new clients using intake forms and agreements.
• Works with Fitness Team to fulfill processes and goals.
