Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry.
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams with a strong service culture.
• Create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire; Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire; degree may satisfy requirement.

Responsibilities
