West Suburban YMCA in Massachusetts is seeking a friendly Membership Coordinator to welcome members, help grow our community, and lead retention and recruitment efforts with five-star customer service.

The role includes coordinating events, supporting DEIB commitments, and maintaining accurate membership data at our Wells Ave location. You will collaborate with staff to ensure a positive member experience and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or college coursework is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with standard business software.
• Committed to supporting DEIB efforts and equity-centered work.

Responsabilités

• Assists in implementing membership strategies for recruitment and retention.
• Maintains a member-focused culture and models strong relationship-building.
• Supports outreach, appreciation and special events for the organization.
• Ensures excellent customer service and protects member information.
• Maintains membership records and assists with communications and renewals.
• Supports scheduling and coverage at the welcome center and assists with events.
