Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Retail banking experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by addressing needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Explain MCU products and services and assist with new accounts, loans, and transactions.
• Cross-sell appropriate MCU products to meet member needs.
• Drive digital adoption and help members use self-service options.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation for all interactions.
