Anytime Fitness - MDS Fitness in Clarkston, MI is seeking a Member Experience Manager to deliver a world-class experience to every member through personalized fitness consultations, evaluations, and ongoing check-ins. You will lead the club's personal training department, develop relationships with members, and drive growth in personal training sales and programs.

You will supervise 2–5 staff, ensure facility upkeep, enforce service standards, and engage with the local community as a brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science preferred; not mandatory.
• CPR/AED certification and current personal training certification or ability to be certified within 90 days.
• Minimum one year of fitness training experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coachable and team‑oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with gym management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class member experience through fitness consultations and regular check-ins.
• Lead the personal training department and drive sales growth.
• Supervise 2–5 staff and maintain facility standards.
• Engage with local community and act as brand ambassador.
