Anytime Fitness is seeking a Club Sales Manager who is energetic and motivated to improve lives through health and fitness. You will lead the member experience, drive membership and merchandise sales, and train club employees, working with the district manager to meet growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media accounts to enhance engagement.
• Focus on member experience, including follow-up with members and prospects.
• Collect on delinquent member accounts.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to club members.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Review club reports to identify trends.
• Perform weekly bank deposits and inventory counts.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
• Support club staff, including leading meetings and performance reviews.
