• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to onboarding.
• Lead marketing efforts and brand presence in collaboration with resort marketing teams.
• Analyze membership data to refine targeting, pricing, and growth strategies.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing membership team with performance management.
