Job summary

Connexus Energy’s Customer Service Specialist role in Ramsey, MN serves members as the first point of contact, providing exceptional service to ensure the best member experience possible. This position answers member calls, analyzes data, and resolves residential and business inquiries while promoting programs and services.

The anticipated hourly range is $20.78–$23.37 with a 5% annual bonus based on company performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage external member relationships, using multiple types of communication channels.
• Analyze, answer and resolve member issues to create quality member relationships.
• Collect delinquent residential and commercial accounts in a timely and professional manner, and within all appropriate guidelines.
• Promote and educate members on Conservation Improvement Programs (CIP) which align with our corporate strategic goals.
• Communicate and work effectively with other departments and the community to meet our members’ needs.
