Connexus Credit Union is hiring a Member Services Representative in Brooklyn Center, MN. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling in-person, drive-up, phone, and mail transactions with a focus on accurate cash handling and thoughtful financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Able to count cash and balance cash drawer accurately.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues.
• Provide best in class service as the first point of contact for members at counter, drive-up, phone or mail.
• Educate members about Connexus products and services.
• Complete member transactions accurately and efficiently within guidelines.
• Balance cash drawer daily with minimal errors.
• Respond in chat queues to provide seamless member experience across channels.
