USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Rye, NY, to lead process upgrades across deposit accounts, payment solutions, and marketing initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and member experience.

The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 WFH), with a salary range of $64,272 to $80,340 annually and eligibility for a corporate bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong strategic thinking and ability to drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Experience analyzing customer feedback and NPS results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives across Deposit Account Services and Payment Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Deposit Account Services and Payment Solutions to optimize efficiency and member satisfaction.
• Evaluate and improve payment processing systems for efficiency, security, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and execute improvement action plans and track their benefits after implementation.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement technology solutions enhancing account management and member experience.
