Job summary

Avadian Credit Union is seeking a proactive Member Experience Advocate for the South Parkway branch in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on providing needs-based solutions, handling transactions, and delivering a personal customer experience from entry to exit of the branch.

Responsibilities include rotating branch duties, selling Avadian products, and maintaining CRM and policy knowledge. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail banking experience are preferred; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Rotate branch duties, including paying and receiving functions.
• Develop sales leads and provide needs-based solutions using Avadian's products.
• Maintain knowledge of Avadian products and CRM data, guidelines, and procedures.
• Balance the branch vault, CDM, and ITC, as necessary.
• Fill in at other branches as needed.
• Provide prompt and regular attendance.
