Job summary

Avadian Credit Union’s Hoover Branch seeks a full-time Member Experience Advocate - Universal to serve as a branch liaison, delivering personalized service from entry to exit. You will process transactions, open accounts, and offer needs-based financial solutions while supporting sales and loan options.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail banking experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to work Saturdays. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail banking experience is preferred.
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience is desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide needs-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate branch duties including paying and receiving functions.
• Process transactions in line with Avadian policies and procedures.
• Develop member relationships and provide needs-based solutions from Avadian's financial products.
• Explain loan options and profile member needs for consumer, mortgage, and business loans.
• Maintain knowledge of Avadian products and CRM, and document referrals and contact events.
• Balance vaults and assist at other branches when needed.
