Qualifications

• Significant financial services and sales experience required.
• Ability to work under sales goals or quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, positive attitude and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee branch staff performance.
• Coach and train staff on Avadian’s Sales Flow Model.
• Maintain knowledge of Avadian products, services, and procedures.
• Communicate 90-day action plans, goals, and corporate initiatives.
• Evaluate staff and CRM usage, referrals, and reports.
• Develop and implement branch sales goals while ensuring great member experience.
• Monitor branch financial performance.
• Work weekends and provide relief at other branches as needed.
• Recruit future staff and represent Avadian in communities.
