Job summary

Responsibilities

• Rotate branch duties, including paying and receiving functions.
• Process transactions accurately per Avadian’s Operations and Protocols.
• Cultivate member relationships using Avadian’s retail strategies to develop sales leads.
• Adhere to action plans, goals, secret shops, and training opportunities.
• Explain loan products and profile member needs to recommend options.
• Support branch member retention and relationships through regular contact.
