Job summary

Avadian Credit Union in Hoover, AL seeks a Member Experience Advocate - Universal to serve as a full-service liaison between members and the credit union. You will provide needs-based solutions, perform transactions, open accounts, resolve issues, originate loans, and manage the lobby.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate branch duties, including paying and receiving functions.
• Process transactions and adhere to Avadian’s operations and protocols.
• Cultivate member relationships and develop sales leads with Avadian’s products and services.
• Explain loan products, profile member needs, and recommend options.
• Balance branch vault, CDM, and ITC as necessary.
• Fill in at other branches as needed.
• Attend on Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
