Job summary

Avadian Credit Union's Pelham Branch is seeking a Member Experience Advocate - Universal to deliver needs-based service, perform transactions, and promote Avadian's full range of financial products. You will guide members from entry to departure, balancing lobby duties and sales opportunities with accuracy and a positive attitude.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail banking experience and a high school diploma or GED, with occasional Saturday hours and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail banking experience.
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate branch duties, including paying and receiving functions.
• Process transactions and adhere to Avadian's operations.
• Cultivate member relationships using retail strategies and needs-based selling.
• Explain consumer, mortgage, and business loan products and recommend options.
• Balance the branch vault, CDM, and ITC as necessary.
• Fill in at other branches as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Avadian products and CRM system.
• Travel between described locations.
