Partners Federal Credit Union in Florida is seeking a Member Experience Professional II to deliver exceptional financial services and support to members. You will identify member needs, conduct outbound calls, process transactions, and cross-sell products to deepen relationships.

With expert product knowledge, you’ll educate members on financial responsibility, assist with loans and new memberships, and ensure quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED (required).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in financial services or credit unions.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation and networking through member contacts to create financial opportunities.
• Outbound member service and sales to enhance service and drive sales.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and cashing checks.
