Job summary

The Walt Disney Company-affiliated credit union seeks a Member Experience Professional II to deliver exceptional financial services and support to members. You will identify member contacts, conduct outbound calls, and process a wide range of transactions while cross-selling products and mentoring peers.

With expert product knowledge, you’ll educate members on financial responsibility, manage new memberships, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills are required.
• Two years’ experience in the financial industry and credit unions is required.
• CA Notary is required.
• Experience with Episys, Springboard or Verafin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a network of member contacts to create financial opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to enhance member service and drive sales.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Identify changes in members' banking needs and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to deepen member relationships and profitability.
• Process consumer loans and mentor other members of the team.
