Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including phones, member check-ins, new member sign-ups and tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Assist in maintaining club cleanliness and neatness.
• Work five days per week, roughly 40–45 hours depending on status.
