Job summary

• Provides Member information on Membership benefits and services.
• Delivers Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Maintains safety by following all safety standards and reporting hazards.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, and packaging.
• Delivers orders and invoices accurately, secures items for Members, and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Provides customer service, helps with purchases, locates merchandise, and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
