Job summary

Sam's Club in Ohio is seeking an Associate to help members by explaining Membership benefits, promoting value, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and supporting sales events to meet Membership goals.

The role includes fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, scanning items, packing and palletizing, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices while following safety standards. Live Better U programs and extensive benefits are available to eligible associates.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Companys products and services.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, and adapting to change.
