Bounds Family YMCA in Daphne, AL is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Coordinator to create a welcoming, safe, and positive member experience. You will lead Member Services, Fitness scheduling, staff coordination, and daily branch operations while modeling the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

The role focuses on member engagement, program information, enrollment processes, and ensuring high-quality service across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy facility and schedule staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive member experience throughout the facility.
• Assist prospective members with tours, membership information, program information, and enrollment processes.
