The Operations Manager at Kaiserman JCC oversees member experience and day-to-day operations, ensuring welcoming service at the Welcome Desk and efficient program scheduling. This role acts as CRM superuser, optimizing Amilia usage, data integrity, and reporting to enhance operations and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing Welcome Desk, coordinating interdepartmental communication, managing facility rentals, and supporting program registrations while promoting Kaiserman JCC

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or front office operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills with CRM familiarity.
• Bachelorull-degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Welcome Desk operations, ensuring a warm member experience.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule Welcome Desk staff.
• Coordinate communication between departments, members, and guests.
• Manage front office communications and assist with membership services.
• Serve as CRM superuser and troubleshoot system issues.
• Generate reports to improve workflows and data accuracy.
• Coordinate facility rentals and program scheduling.
• Support program registration and help members navigate online tools.
• Track daily operations and keep teams informed.
