Job summary

Signal Financial Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Relationship Advisor (MRA) for Leisure World to deliver a distinctive member experience. You will establish rapport, assess financial needs via reviews, and coordinate onboarding with business line partners while serving existing members and SEGs.

The role requires handling ongoing member service, cash transactions, and notary duties. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential for success in a dynamic DC metro area

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Experience in a Financial Services Company, Credit Union preferred.
• Travel to multiple branches throughout the DC metro area.
• Excellent interpersonal engagement and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Complete new member financial reviews using the DR SW conversation model and refer to partners as needed.
• Answer questions about products and services and resolve issues within authority; refer others to supervisor with recommendations.
• Support branch managers and facilitate offsite presentations to SEGs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and make product or service recommendations.
• Ensure paperwork and documentation adhere to policies and procedures.
• Maintain member relationships through outbound calls and relationship management software.
• Act as liaison between members and various organizations and departments.
• Operate teller drawer activities when business dictates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
