Job summary

Signal Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Float Member Relationship Advisor based at One Loudoun, VA who can travel to multiple branches across the DC metro area. The role focuses on building member relationships, conducting financial reviews, and presenting tailored solutions to meet member needs.

In addition to cash handling and account maintenance, the MRA will refer members to business line partners and support offsite SEG presentations to grow membership. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience, required.
• A high school education or GED is required. (College degree preferred.)
• Prior experience in a financial services company or credit union is preferred.
• The flexibility to travel to multiple branches throughout the DC metropolitan area is required.
• Excellent interpersonal engagement and presentation skills - attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both members and employees - required.
• Work may involve motivating or influencing others - required.
• Ability to foster sound relationships with members, coworkers, and community partners - required.
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - required.
• Prior experience with our core system (Fiserv) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete new member financial reviews and communicate product solution bundles and referrals.
• Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems within authority.
• Support branch managers and facilitate offsite SEG presentations to promote membership.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and make product/service recommendations.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately per policies.
• Maintain member relationships through outbound calls and CRM usage.
• Act as a liaison between members and various departments or partners.
• Operate as a teller when needed, processing daily transactions.
• Travel to and cover multiple branch locations to ensure consistent service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
