Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, providing direction, and ensuring customer issues are resolved according to guidelines.
• Maintains safety and merchandising on the sales floor, stocks and prices items, handles returns, and ensures product quality and display standards.
• Oversees club pick up order preparation and coordinates with teams to meet store standards and customer expectations.
• Represents Walmart with integrity and supports Open Door Policy in addressing ethical and compliance issues.
